- How much will my calendars cost?

- Do the calendar prices include delivery ?
- Yes the calendar prices shown do include delivery to one mainland UK address on a standard delivery.
- Do the calendar prices include VAT ?
- No the calendar prices shown do not include VAT. This will be charged at the standard rate of 20%
- Do the calendar prices include design and artwork ?
- Yes the calendar prices do include artwork creation if you supply your own images and text etc. If you would like us to design and create your own bespoke calendar from your brief we will cost the design & artwork on a job by job basis, as no brief is the same. - Can I use my own pictures and or designs?
- Yes you can use your own pictures or designs, we will need one for each month of the calendar. For the cover you can supply one additional image, or alternatively we can design a cover for you.
- Can I have more than one picture on each month ?
- There is no restriction on the amount of pictures you can have. Your calendar is bespoke to you so you can decide how you would like it to look. We will design and produce it as you require and we will advise whats looks good and what works. But ultimately, its your calendar to create as you see fit.
- What if I don't have any of my own pictures?
- Thats not a problem. Just call us on 01666 510888 to discuss the type of thing you are looking for and we can select from our vast library of images to get just what you want. From your brief we will design and produce a calendar just for you.
- Can I supply my own files for printing?
- Yes you can supply your own files. Preferably we would like you to send us high-resolution PDF files. Though we can handle just about any file type, if you need to check just call our design department on 01666 510888.
- What size should my images be?
- For best possible results, the pictures you supply should be high-resolution (300-350dpi at 100% print size). Images from web pages normally are to low a resolution to use. If in doubt call us on 01666 510888.
- How can I send you my files and images?
- There are various ways you can supply files. Ie. Email, CD , DVD, YouSendIt file sharer etc. Call us to clarify prior to sending your files on 01666 510888
- How are the calendars printed?
- All calendars are printed using state of the art printing equipment.Dependant on quantity produced we print either digitally or lithographically. Each version delivers exceptional results and to very exacting standards.The calendars will be packed in double wall cartons to ensure they arrive with you as they left us, in pristine condition.
- How long will it take to produce my calendars ?
- From receipt of your order a proof will be produced within 3 days. On approval of final artwork your calendars will be produced a despatched within 5 days. These are standard timescales but if required calendars can be produced quicker.
- Do I get to see a proof?
- Yes you do. We will email you a colour PDF proof that you can view on your computer. You can then advise any changes or additions and we will send a revised proof until you are happy to sign the proof off OK to print.
- Are the CD calendars supplied with cases?
- Yes, your calendars come complete packed in the individual clear acrylic jewel cases, which is included in the unit cost.
- What form should I supply my logo in?
- Please supply your company logo in the file format it was originally created in. Either an editable EPS, high quality JPG or high quality PDF file.
- What if I am unhappy with my calendars when they arrive?
- We will replace all faulty calendars free of charge. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the calendars, please call our customer services on 01666 510888 and we will resolve any issues you may have swiftly.
- How do I pay for my calendars ?
- A pro forma invoice will be issued when you place your order. Full payment will be required prior to despatch.
